九十九産のオイスターは肉厚で焼いても縮みにくいことが特徴。独自ルートでの仕入れでいつでも新鮮・生牡蠣も大阪・天満で年中お楽しみいただけます♪鶏の生肝と合わせた「カキ肝」は当店名物！塩ごま油のシンプルな味付けはお酒もすすむ逸品です。その他創作料理も多数ございます◎
Sours are usually vodka- or shochu-based, but we have a gin base, which is a bit unusual! The gin is aromatic and refreshing, and goes great with oyster dishes. For those who want to drink a lot, we recommend the all-you-can-drink single drink!
