The restaurant's signature dish is the Samurai Oyster, a brand of oysters shipped directly from Ako Bay, Hyogo.
It is characterized by its meaty, creamy, odorless, and elegant flavor.
The raw oysters are reasonably priced at 319 yen each (tax included) and are so fresh and delicious that you will want to eat as many as you can.
